Networking doesn't work on packaged game, tried everything

Hello.

So I’m trying to test networking features on my packaged game. What I’m trying to do is to connect via command lines. So far Im using:

open Example_Map?listen on one window and
open xx.xxx.xxx.xxx on another window and the ip is taken from whatsmyip.org.

I have opened port 7777 and the firewall shouldn’t be blocking anything. However when I try to connect (open xx.xx…) nothing happens, nothing loads http://i.imgur.com/G2y4L5c.png

How do I know it’s even trying to connect? If nothing happens when using the open command does that mean that there might be a firewall blocking it or something else or is it just incorrect command?

Thank you for your report. We were not able to investigate this on the engine version you reported, but there have been many version changes to UE4 since this question was first posted. With a new version of the Engine comes new fixes and it is possible that this issue has changed or may no longer occur.
