IOS Lightmap Quality

When building my project for IOS some of my textures become muddy. I’ve uploaded images showing what the texture looks like in the editor and then using mobile preview (the textures look even worse outside of mobile preview when run actually on the device - an iphone 6 running IOS 8)

Can anyone help me improve the quality here? I’m assuming its a lightmap problem… but notice the floor texture does not have the same problem. Both the floor and the ceiling are brushes and the walls are all one mesh.
