[suggestion] upgrade foliage tools

Hi, I have a suggestion to upgrade foliage tools. Since I use quite a lot of meshes in the foliage tools. It would be nice to be able to catalog them, and massively hide or expand their parameters. Especially hiding, because when you start the scenes are expanded.

This feature actually already exists, unless I am misunderstanding your request. Within foliage mode you can select the section of meshes you would like to hide, or change their settings. Use the image as reference as to where to find these settings.

I now see much clearer what you are talking about, and we always appreciate this type of feedback and effort our users provide to help improve the engine. This image will be helpful when creating the feature request! I will create a feature request to have this implemented for the Foliage Tool. I can agree and say this would be really helpful for those who are using a lot of different static meshes as foliage, and would like to organize/control them a bit more.

You’re welcome :slight_smile: by the way. This icon “show all details” can expand all last modification settings ( if the user has recently added new mesh, then should expand painting settings)

I would love to see this feature in a future release. I was about to request the very same feature: ability to group and select/unselect foliage mesh groups.
