I think this is the same issue as posted in this thread:

We’ve found a workaround and are attempting to get a hotfix out to those affected today.

Looking at your system specs, seems like you have 2 GPUs. Try checking out the following post about a similar crash. Looks like there’s a workaround by making the dedicated GPU your default. We’ll be investigating a final solution.

actually i have 3 gpu, Intel HD Graphics 4600 connected to monitor by vga and two ATI AMD Radeon HD 7800 for litecoin mining without monitor connection.

So i install windows 7 sp1, and everything works.
