I can never package a game with UE4 built from the github?

I’ve followed the guide on Github to build the engine with Development Editor solution option for 64bit, however I’m never able to package my game using the editor (for shipping to 32bit). The engine from the launcher works perfectly fine though, and one time ages ago now I managed to build with the right solution and could package projects with the github build, but since then I haven’t been able to work it out again-even compiling a base project or any of the templates says missing files. I’d really appreciate knowing what other solution configurations Epic builds the engine with to enable the launcher version to package projects correctly?
