Build Failed Android

I am trying to deploy a blank project for android etc1 with no luck.

I have gone through the this documentation twice, Getting Started Android

Below is the output log where it begins to fail.

Found the problem.

Unreal creates folders for each android version that is being built. Example: ETC1, ETC2, ATC. For some reason the folders lost ownership and nothing was able to write into these folders. Had to log in as a different user and delete those folders. Once That was done, the folders are created with proper write privileges.
