Black lighting (UVs exist)
I have some very strange behaviour in the FPV example map. When I move my assets up too much they turn black! in the screenshot I also turned off the directional light. It is all there in the lightmap importance volume and the assets have a lightmap UV. It is the same with lightmap and without lightmap rendering.

There are a few reasons this could be happening. You mentioned you turned off your Directional Light? Do you have any other lights in your scene that are illuminating these objects? If you have disable/deleted this light after building your scene and you attempt to move these object, because they no longer have a light source to illuminate them, they are turning black.
Also the meshes in your scene you are moving around, do they have lightmapping UV's correctly applied to them?
