I been charged for a subscription since nov. 21 2014. However i did not download the engine because i was waiting for my new computer.but now i cant sign in. I sent 2 emails to get a response but no luck.
Can i get help here? Is there a some one i can send an email personally? Besides the billing or account email because i already sent it there.

Grant i sent full details to that email today. The subject line has your name for easy finding
