Smooth timeline play/stop transistion

Hi, I’ve been using the timeline to move a Gondola up and down a spline driven track. I’ve got volumes inside and outside that trigger a large bullwheel on the lift to stop spinning. I’m using one timeline to drive that animation, so the transition is nice and smooth. I’m also using boolen’s to trigger the play and stop events on ANOTHER timeline that controls a meshes movement along that spline. Is there a way for me to smooth out the starting and stopping of that timeline or am I going about this the wrong way?
