It’s been bugging me for a while now as this keep appearing in my Output Log in red. Is it an error? A bug? Should I be worried?

The TSF document manager is a Windows utility that, naturally, manages documents and text fields. It shouldn’t be throwing that error, but it’s nothing to worry about. I believe it’s also been downgraded to a Warning (yellow) in 4.6.
