Movie content not working after deploy in mobile

Im trying to make a startup movie, its about 30 seconds long and I dont want it to be skipped. The startup movie doesn't seems to be working well, the video is skipping as soons as the level loads, I know its a bug and are being address by the programmers.

So I created a widget and place the movie there, Unfortunately, with this method you dont get the advantage to show the movie while the level is loading, but its a workaround. It works well in the mobile preview, editor and the stand alone and even launching the game to Desktop, but when I try do cook the projet to mobile or launch in mobile, I get just a black screen! (and the separately sound cue playing). Anyone knows if its another bug or I`m doing something wrong? There is a workaround for this?

*The movie format is in the content/movie folder

*The video format runs well on the device default player

Thank you reporting this issue. This is a known issue and has previously been entered into our bug database as UE-4666. The issue is currently still open and has not be resolved. At this time, I am also uncertain as to when this issue will be resolved. I will be sure to let you know when I see that the issue is resolved.

Thank you man! I think I manage to workaround the issue by animating the logos inside a widget, it’s not as good as having a video, but it works, thanks!
