As a subscriber how do i get genuine support for the engine?

once again i have run in to issues with the engine and feel the answer hub is a very poor solution to backup and support for genuine faults with the engine. I’m not asking how to switch a light on with blueprints, I’m looking at making games with UE4 as being my source of income and genuine bugs and faults with the engine are preventing me from moving forward. Is there anywhere other than the answer hub where i can get reasonable support. or at lest Is there anywhere i can see a log of bugs to be fixed their status and vote for their importance?

They will make bugs and their status visible to the public sometime in the future. In the meantime you’ll need to be a little more patient since there are thousands of subscribers like yourself and it is impossible for Epic to reach out every developer no matter what. To increase your chances of getting more attention, make sure you use proper tags for your questions and use the forums to get help from community if what you run into isn’t a possible bug.

We do have some plans for making our bug reports more transparent. It may take us some time to implement, but it is important to us.

If you are experiencing any bugs, please report them to our Bug Reports section where we have dedicated staff that will be able to assist you. If there are any errors that you have have reported, but have not received any assistance, please let me know and I will make sure they are addressed.

Hi , firstly please don’t take ant of my questions and comments as aggressive in any way as that is not my intention. i have many concerns both with UE4 and the answer hub, thanks to for answering my question witch points out that the answer hub is open to the public, but i see myself as a paying customer trying to run a business. if you are interested with my concerns id feel more comfortable discussing via private message as i don’t want to be seen as causing a stir.
