4.6 Release - Required Zips

I just grabbed the release of 4.6 and I happened to notice that the links to the required third party dependency zip files are not present on the 4.6 release GitHub page.

Are there any changes to the third party zips that occurred between 4.5 release and the 4.6 release?

If so, where might I get those changes?

Just run Setup.bat from the downloaded zip, this batch file will download all necessary files to build your engine.
