4.6 linux support

I noticed the 4.6 binary download added the option to cook for Linux. I end up getting this error though. ERROR: No files found to deploy for C:\Program Files\Unreal Engine\4.6\Engine\Binaries\Linux with wildcard UE4Game-Linux-Shipping and exclusions.
When compiled from source on 4.5.1 I had no issue cooking for Linux. I have every thing setup for cross compiling to Linux in place all ready.
Is there any way to add the files it’s looking for? If so where do we get them? It would be great to be able to not have to compile from source just to cook for Linux.

I am getting this same error with development, shipping and distribution. even with tappychicken.

I am still getting this same error in 4.6.1

Same for me. 4.6.1 Editor compiled from source in windows VS 2013, as well as in native Linux editor. Also happens in native Linux when attempting to package the project from the CLI. Any hints as to where to start troubleshooting this would be appreciated.

Linux build cooked successfully with 4.7
