last Content Examples project I downloaded from marketplace was after I installed UE_4.3.
Does Content Examples project get updated with new demos whenever a new version of UE is released or is it exactly same? I.e. should I download it again after installing UE4.6?

Our example projects usually do get updated, and getting version that matches your engine version is best way to use them. changes may not be applicable to specific part of engine you’re using, and some of changes are minimal, but if you have room for newer version you should grab that one.
