4.6 Game package/release engine needed files?

At build the game package/release the in the editor folder the no “Binaries” folders are needed to distribute the game ?
(Extras, Shaders, Content…) or only (Binaries) because the others have the shaders source and other things.
If this is needed why now are external ?

Hey sorry for the delay but looks like now in the 4.8 have a good packaging system and select only the needed files and dlls.

One question, i can use the game .exe (of c++ project) directly without the root exe? for what is the root exe of less than 200kb ?
