In Russia it is difficult to find a bank which cards is accepted by Internet payment.
The most popular metod we have for internet payment is electronic money.
Nearly have Yandex Money - https://money.yandex.ru/
Someone have Web Money - www.webmoney.ru
Also we use Pay Pal, but it is more exotic - Денежные переводы и онлайн-платежи PayPal | PayPal RU
Other systems are not so popular.
