Texture Pool Question

We are completing our students final project using Unreal 4 version 4.5.1. We are using the FPS Sci Fi Shooter as our base game template and replacing all the art with their own. We are running into an issue where we are not seeing three of our textures on the assets after we create a package build for Windows. Inside the editor the textures show up perfectly fine but once we package these textures are missing. I have attached a screenshot showing an example of the missing texture and our memory counters and streaming details.

I am noticing that the Pool Memory Size says it is maxed out. Is this due to the game still loading textures from the two levels that usually come with the sci fi game or is this unrelated?
