Hi. I opened this project in Visual Studio Express 2013. When I click UE4 it has the message “This Project is incompatible with the current edition of Visual Studio”, but in the source code video, it says that express works fine. And under Projects - Automation, they all say “This editon of Visual Studio only supports Windows Store apps”. Help please?

I reinstalled my pc, is there something I am missing
oddly the projects files were gone, I regenerated them with unreal 4.27
