BP Crashing while compilin

I’m currently ocassionally getting this while compiling, does anyone have any idea why I am getting this. It’s happening as much as once every 5 minutes on average ( literally ). It’s happening so much it’s impossible to work on my intended changes.

It is to be noted however , upon restarting it compiles fine. And after several changes , it happen again.
