I get Error 2738 when trying to install launcher

Here is the log I got. I did everything and looked at everything about this error. I fixed all my dll errors.

Seems that some users are reporting that they run into this issue due to a virus scanner that did not uninstall properly.

I tried all the solution before posting this.I don’t have McAfee and i looked for the reg key for it.

Hey there,

It looks like it is encountering an error while trying to install the DirectX files, have you already downloaded and installed the required DirectX 2010 Redistributable package from Microsoft? If not be sure to do this and then try installing again.

Check for the registry keys mentioned in this MSDN post. If they are there, do as the post says and delete them.
