Foilage disappears after level build?

Hey im simply making all sorts of grass in Ue4 and i just came across somthing very interesting, after building the level, all the grass that has been painted on with the foilage paint tool goes away? I tried just draging the grass in as a static mesh and it has no problem staying in the scene after level build. Has anyone else come across this problem?

Which version of the editor are you currently using? Does this occur in a blank project with no additional content?

I’m using the latest version of Unreal engine and the latest version of Speed tree Subscription to UE4.
Now the foliage comes in with the wind movement and proper textures but, as soon as i build the level everything disappears. something weird though this only happens when i use the foliage brush tool to paint the foliage on screen. when i drag and drop a foliage prop mesh and build the level it works fine. Are you painting the foliage onto a bsp object? There was a bug reported and confirmed in which foliage painted onto bsps would disappear when building, but this has been fixed in the latest internal build.
