The HTML5/emscripten Docs deserve an Update

One link simply goes 404, the other one is badly worded, it still mentions ;
The emscripten version does not match the engine’s required one, etc.

Also Downloading Unreal Engine Source Code | Unreal Engine 5.0 Documentation mentions downloading required zip files… which is irrelevant since some weeks.

I believe the HTML5 getting started page got an update recently.

The broken link still needs to be removed from the platforms page. I’ll get that fixed.

I will also look into updating the download page to reflect the current workflow.
