Nightmers starting: BUILD FAILED packaging for Android shipping-production

I was so happy and motivated learning UE4 in less than 10 days, full-time, then making my first 2D mobile game with Blueprints (I have a backround of OOP programming and 3D modelling/animaiton )

Everything fine with my gameplay and graphics until I decide to test an alpha version on Google Play. First the huge file size >100mb when I only use 3 textures; and more than 10 unanswered questions here about build file size that seems no one like to answer.

Google Play doesn’t allow >50bm for a single .apk then I had to generate separated .OBB that never I could upload, because:

When I uplaod it says mine is a debugger version, I need to check shipping option and production in Project settings, when I did… boom… BUILD FAILED every-time. What I though would be easy is becoming painful every time.

I found myself the fix for the BUILD FAILED, is related to digital key needed.
