What do I do next!? how do i spawn random objects!?

Ok this is what i have so far… You see im trying to get it to spawn random soccer balls on the screen to allow the player to kick in the net but i just cant think of what to do next! this is a game im developing on my android phone i need to know how to get it so when the user taps on the first soccer ball ANOTHER soccer ball will IMMEDIATELY spawn after or if the user doesn’t tap on the first one another will spawn anyway maybe about 0.5 milliseconds later to make the game more difficult. What do you guys think i should do to reach what i want then?
