In-Game importing of assets

I am not sure if this is even possible, but I wanted to ask anyways just to clear stuff up. Is there anyway possible to import an asset that already has built lighting and such from another project and inserted into a running Launch (say a level with assets “FBX as a Unreal asset” in a sub folder and then in-game load that level)? I’m working with an individual that was curious about it, now I know its a better option to have all your assets already in the initial package and to make any changes before you launch, but is it still possible to call upon new in-game imported assets and to display them?

I’m sure this is going to give me a big fat no, but its fair to ask anyways.

Better yet can you point me in the right direction for playing a 3D application through a web browser? Kind of like the Unity Web build that requires a plugin.

Hi ,

To date, there is currently no way to do this with the UE4. If you can elaborate on the usefulness of this feature, I will be happy to submit a feature request to possibly add this to the engine.

Thank you for the feedback.
