Is it possible to get a Subscription Invoice on the account page?

Probably not the highest priority thing out, but it would be really helpful to have access to some form of invoice on the accounts page of the website.

Nothing too fancy, just enough to enable those of us who need to provide documentation for the powers that be to do so.

Absolutely. There are countries where you have to provide an invoice to justify any company expense, otherwise you can’t deduce the cost (technically the company should not be allowed to make the purchase at all).

Yes, we will be pushing out an update soon to provide receipts after a payment is confirmed.

Receipts are being emailed upon initial subscription and then again on every recurring billing. Please check your inbox/spam-folder. We are going to make receipts also available in account management, but we do not have an ETA yet.

Thanks for the update. The emails may not be working. I haven’t received any receipt emails and I have checked my spam folder. My last billing date was 10th May.

I also haven’t been receiving email invoices. I emailed support and they got back to me pretty quickly though.

Hi , no way to add VAT code to the received receipt? Without it - at least here in - they are useless from a fiscal point of view.

The history doesn’t allow to download a receipt, and the current receipts sent via email are not valid fiscal invoices.

I wanted to give an update on this to let know what the process is now. When you make a purchase on the marketplace or pay for a subscription, an automated invoice email will be sent out. At any time you can request an invoice from our customer service team at billing@unrealengine.com. Also, our online team is currently working on a solution for VAT receipt IDs, but there are some legal issues that must be addressed.
