Post processing not showing up in launch

I’m trying to add a sepia/film grain/vignette effect to my game.
I was able to successfully do so:

However when I launch the game to test it, said effects are gone:

How do I get these effects to show up when launching?

Sorry if this is a very noobish question. I literally just started using UE4.

I had to restart Unreal because no audio was playing and now no post processing effects are showing up at all.

Any help here?
Here’s the post processing volume if it’s of any help

It’s not rendering tint/saturation/contrast, vignette, or film grain at all but it has no problems with depth of field. I just need help understanding exactly why this is happening and how to fix it.

If some settings work, while other do not you might want to look at your scalability settings. Post process effects only show up if they are enabled in the post process volume and the scalability settings allow them to be enabled.

All the ones I want are enabled and I have the scalability settings set to epic, yet they are still not showing up.
