bDebugBuildsActuallyUseDebugCRT does not work on OS X
When I enable bDebugBuildsActuallyUseDebugCRT in the unreal editor (Engine/Source/Programs/UnrealBuildTool/Configuration/BuildConfiguration.cs), then the build ends up in a failure. It can not find the debug variant of the icu dylib files, because the Setup.command downloads them with a different naming convection. (The linker searches for libicudatad.version.dylib instead of libucudata.versiond.dylib).
I had to modify two files to get it build and run successfully.
I am not sure I enabled bDebugBuildsActuallyUseDebugCRT in the right place or it is even supported to set it to true anywhere.
I attached the patch file for the UnrealEngine repository.

This was fixed in our internal build, and should be available in 4.8. If you are building from source, you can access the fix with CL #2391742. Hope that helps!
