[4.6.1] Crash when Animation is called "None" in Widget Blueprint

Steps:

  1. Create a Widget Blueprint
  2. Goto Animations tab and click New
  3. Insert “None” as an animation name
  4. Click enter and the Editor crashes immediately

Same behavior if in lower/upper/camel case and also if renamed to “none” after creating it.

Thank you for your information and time. I was able to reproduce this on the latest release of the engine. However, this is a known issue and has since been fixed in an internal build.
