Why Do i Get IOSRuntimeSettings error on my windows plugin

I am actually updatiing Mono Unreal Engine Plugin… Got it all fixed up Expect this final error about IOSRuntimeSettings.

WHAT does IOSRuntimeSettings have anything to do with a windows plugin… i am making no refecence to anything
IOS in my windows plugin… What is the deal.
