How do I create a particle effect that fills the entire level?

I was wondering if it is possible to make a particle effect fill an entire level? or at least a large radius, as its an ambient particle and i want the player to always be surrounded by it, kind of like snow or rain.

There should be a emitter Modifer in the ‘Location’ or so categori. Look for box or sphere spawning. For snow or rain I would use the box one, and give in the properly dimensions that I need to fit my levels. I am away for holidays, so sorry I can’t provide with pictures or the actual path and keywords. But you should be able to find it with this.
