UMG slight delay when alternating buttons

I’m checking out Content Examples area UMG map and playing in editor. I have made no modifications.

UE 4.6.1 on OSX 10.10.1

There’s an awkward delay (enough for me to notice and wonder why my mouse is lagging, thinking there’s something wrong with it) when alternating between clicking on different buttons first time a button is clicked.

Go to any of demo triggers that has a HUD with multiple buttons, let’s say demo trigger 2.1.

  1. Click Button A (“Decrease Progress”)
  2. Click Button A again - it’s speedy and feels fine.
  3. Click Button B (“Increase Progress”) you’ll notice a delay here, since you alternated from A to B.
  4. Click Button B - speedy and fine.
  5. Click Button A - lag.
  6. Click Button A - speedy.
  7. Repeat to your hearts delight.

In addition to it having odd lag when a button is activated for first time after focus being changed from controls, whenever this occurs - my OS X Menu bar flickers quickly which makes it feel even more clunky. It flickers one time every time you alternate between different buttons.
