Will the Unreal Wire Protocol be documented?

In the original UDK documentation the section that documents the Unreal Wire Protocol is missing, presumably because it was only available to full source licensees.

Since we’re basically all full source licensees now, will the full protocol be documented?

I’m interested because I am working on a game that has rather specific requirements for the protocol, and I am wondering if UWP satisfies them.
