Launcher says I am not subscribed

I have an active subscription. I used UE4 yesterday, but today, when I launched the launcher, it says that I need to subscribe. I’ve checked my account on the website, still says I’m subscribed.

Hi ,

Could you please try closing the launcher and reopening? Does your account still say that you are subscribed on the website? Any additional detail could help us narrow down the issue.

I am having the same issue .It always shows subscribe button.

Stuck on this today… I was using UE4 on my mac book pro, worked fine even if it was terribly slow due to the 650M on a retina. So due to performance issues I installed the unreal engine 4 editor on my windows machine, which is now stuck with the ‘Subscribe’ button instead of the launch button.

Please help! I was working my way through the programming toots and other experiments that are now on a standstill.
