Physics asset don't follow rigid body animation?

Hi,

I got a lift animation and it’s quite a complex door system for the lift. So I animate the door inside 3dsmax.

I export all as fbx, then animate the movement of the lift in matinee, with the door opening animation getting loaded as anim track.
I adjusted the physics asset to match as best as i could the different animated piece that move for the door.

Here comes the problem, it seems the physics asset is “stuck” in place, and the fbx animation doesn’t affect it. Getting my player no way to go out, even when the door is wide open, the collision havent changed.

How can i make the collisions follow the animation?
