Where cani see the code for admob implementation?

I am working on creating a plugin similar to admob and need to see the code which u guys have written to follow the steps for same. I have created a blank plugin and need to see how u guys have used java lib in the engine .

Have you completed your plugin for other advertisement company(other than iads and admob)?

How did you start with it?
