I´m using blender to make some animations. In blender the mesh looks fine, but when i import mesh + animations in unreal 4 it looks this way.

Open blender and check the vertex groups → you have probably missed some vertices or you have assigned them to the wrong bone
this issue only appears in unreal, in blender everything is fine…
But reassign those vertices to a bone, this will solve your problem
