I just wanted to know if VSE2013 for DT will work or not with UE4 before downloading it because it’s size is really big (at less to me), and if not can you give me a specific VS name or link I can download it from, that will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it would. But I recommend you to use VS Community edition, which basically is VS Pro edition with plugin support and other cool stuff
