Packaging a windows development Fails

I recently made a few foliage changes to my project and when I tried to package it failed. I’ve been pouring over to output but I can’t find what’s wrong. I also made a change to a blueprint but I wouldn’t think that would break it. I’m able to package other projects with out a problem. Here’s my log:

Ok, I’ve narrowed it down to my pawn BP but I haven’t made any changes to it and it compiles and runs in the editor fine. I wish UE4 gave a better idea of what is wrong in the error messages.
