I am using UE4 editor v4.6.1 built from github source using visual studio express. I cannot open visual studio express from inside the UE4 editor and adding new code prompts the manually opened UE4 project to completely reload the project each time.
This is very unfortunate and undesirable that this issue was reported an year ago but its still hasn’t been fixed
please consider fixing it or at least moving it to a higher priority in the bug list
