Framerate for Paper2D

Hi Everyone! I cannot find any information on this topic online so I thought I would ask here. I know how to adjust framerates with Paper2D sprites, however I was wondering what framerates you guys use for your sprites?

All of the examples I see are 8/16-bit style sprites, which have low framerates as an aesthetic choice. Would it be practical for me to create a run cycle in flash running at 30/60 frames per second and use that to create a sprite in UE4?

I understand that this question likely falls into the same category as polycounts and texture resolution. However I want to hear what you guys have managed to do with sprites in UE4.

8/16 bit are the best

8/16 bit are the best they have low framerate but they are the best
