How to move widgets (Eg: button) in the game dynamically?

Hello,

I wanted to design a game menu which has some buttons / options for user input. I wanted to achieve a dynamic rolling of options depending on the user interest while in the game (similar to the image in a gallery with older and newer images still partially visible) Can you please let me know how this can be done using UE4 editor? Some sample project or tutorial would be very helpful as I am a beginner in UE4 based game development.

Also, I wanted to know if there are animations availble like in powerpoint to move from one menu to another? (like objects flying in to the focus and objects flying out of focus) I needed to make the menus jazzy and hence this request. Please do let me know if you know anyway of achieving this.
