How can I rotate Ambient Cubemaps in the PostProcessVolume or the Skylight?

I need to rotate my Ambient Cubemaps in the PostProcessVolume and my HDRI images in my Skylight. At the moment I want to make some professional product shots with a car model. But there are some reflections which are looking very bad. In Element 3D, which is also a very powerful tool for creating real-time 3D animations, I have precise controls over my environment. I can rotate the HDRI pictures in every direction till I have the perfect reflections on my model. I am really missing this feature in the Unreal Engine 4. Is there a workaround to archive this?

I would also appreciate very much if the rotation of the Skylight would rotate the HDR texture by default.
