Why not setup a custom development section of the market place for hire of UE4 developers/designers or for specific blueprint / C++ or design requests or to post jobs?

You can post what you want and how much you are willing to pay. You will probably get a good response if you follow the thread making guidelines from the Recruitment Template sticky on that thread. YOu could also try just saying what you want and how much you are looking to pay. Let me know if you have any questions.
