Atmosperic scattering question

By playing around with Atmospheric Fog settings. Everything except the auroras is possible with UE4’s atmospheric fog. Also keep in mind that the beginning of the video uses some heavy vignette like effect(which you can achieve with a post process volume or your camera’s post process settings.)

Greetings, how can i reproduce similar atmosperic effect in Unreal Engine 4?

Can’t figure it out… And how it would be better to make?
