I am not able to run the engine. It keeps saying Repair, I allow him to do it, no error is thrown, yet the same thing happens again. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

A new version of the Launcher as just came out. Could you update and then see if it allows you to open the editor?
If it still lists ‘Repair’, try that again, but I suspect it still may fail. If it does, try uninstalling version 4.6.1 and then re-downloading it. It may have been corrupted.
