PHAT viewport camera speed

This niggle is getting to me so much that it drove me to ask:

There doesn’t seem to be a way to modify the camera speed in the PHAT tool.

Is there a way, that I am just missing, or that I can set global for the editor?

You can reduce camera speed while moving by scrolling up (speed up) and down (slow down).
