According to the tutorial:Swimmable Water volume
I completed all the steps correctly,but as I starts to play,my character cannot jump into the water.
But i can get the physical floating when I stop on the water surface.
What should I do to achieve like the tutorial?

Check to see if you have the collision on your plane mesh disabled. Hopefully this is your resolution, but if you are still experiencing issues let me know.
