How would I go about exporting rigs from 3D's max using normal max bone system

So as you can see in images here, everything works fine in max and on my imported asset, untill I start playing my animation, that’s when everything suddenly shrinks down into a smeagol pose, been at it for hours now. Every single rig I export using Maxbones does this.

And no, I have not been scaling any joints.
